With over 30 years in education, Miguel Valencia has served as a bilingual teacher, principal, and now Director of English Learners, Equity, & Innovation. His leadership journey includes roles as Assistant Principal and Project Director, with recognition as ACSA Region 15 District Office Administrator (2025). Valencia has led district initiatives, mentored principals, and completed advanced training through UCLA’s School Management Program, Leadership Institute, and multiple TOT certifications. Dedicated to equity and innovation, Valencia brings a deep commitment to student success and transformative educational practices.
