Mrs. Jessica Garcia has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, with 17 years focused on School Business for both San Bernardino and Riverside County Districts. Due to the financial crisis of 2008, she left the financial industry and joined a local school district as a substitute classified employee. Jessica has worked in every facet of the business environment within a school district, organically rising through the ranks over the past 17 years. Her deep expertise and hands-on experience make her a uniquely versatile leader—one who can confidently step into any role. With a genuine understanding of bonds, facilities, and district operations, she brings a comprehensive perspective that drives strategic and sustainable solutions.
She has been a dedicated parent and advocate for after-school programs, actively supporting her children’s activities through volunteer work in their schools. She has served as President and Treasurer of the Drama Booster, Historian and Bilingual Parent Representative for the PTA, and has taken on roles as a soccer coach, softball manager, team mom, band parent, and Folklórico dance mom. Her commitment reflects her passion for enriching student experiences both in and out of the classroom.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Redlands and is a certified Chief Business Official (CBO) through the CASBO CBO Certification program. She currently works for Colton-Redlands-Yucaipa ROP as the Chief Business Official where she teaches her team the importance of personally serving our students.
