About me
Irma Padilla is a full time Leader in Me Coach and Consultant that began her journey with FranklinCovey in 2025. Prior to joining FranklinCovey, Irma served as a public school educator for 14 years. She also served as a New Teacher Mentor, Instructor for New Teacher Development Program in Tulare County, specializing in the area of Special Education.
Irma leads with a passion to serve others that promotes worth and potential in others. She creates safe environments for learning and promotes synergy. Irma is excited to learn alongside Leader in Me schools and support them in reaching their goals.
Irma lives in Tulare County, California. She enjoys quality time with family and friends, exploring new cities and cultures, and learning.
