Gina Sudaria was appointed as Interim Superintendent for the Ravenswood City School District on March 28, 2019, before becoming the permanent Superintendent in July 2020. Ms. Sudaria has been with the Ravenswood City School District for approximately 21 years. She began her teaching career at Belle Haven where she taught for six years before becoming the Vice-Principal at Costaño School. In 2008, she was promoted to Principal, a position she served in for eight years, orchestrating the merger of the 49ers Academy and Costaño School and increasing the API scores by 145 points in three years. In July 2016, she became the Director of Human Resources, a position she held until she became the Director of Student Services in August 2018.
