Dr. Monica Luther is a passionate and results-oriented secondary school leader with deep instructional and curricular expertise across all content areas. As an innovative and thoughtful administrator, she is committed to supporting teachers through continuous improvement cycles that center student achievement. Known for her strong interpersonal skills and high expectations, Dr. Luther fosters cultures of excellence where colleagues, staff, and students thrive. She currently serves as Principal of Yorba Middle School in the Orange Unified School District and was recognized as 2023 California Assistant Principal of the Year for her leadership impact at Orange High School.
