Dr. Kimberly Saguilan is an instructional leader, professor, and education consultant with over 15 years of experience supporting K–12 and higher education systems. She currently teaches in the USC Rossier School of Education, where she specializes in curriculum design, literacy development, and multilingual learner support. As the founder of Komir Minds, Dr. Saguilan partners with schools and districts across the country to provide professional development in culturally responsive instruction, English language development, and systems change. Her work is grounded in equity, academic rigor, and uplifting the voices of diverse learners.
