Dr. Ingrid Lin has served in education for 22 years, proudly as a CALSA member since 2014. Her journey—from teacher to site administrator to Executive Director of Elementary Curriculum and Instruction—has been grounded in advancing equity, especially for English Learners. Lin champions culturally and linguistically responsive practices and integrates equity into all district initiatives. These efforts reflect her belief that every child deserves an education that honors their identity. As Secretary of the IE CALSA Board, Lin remains committed to developing Latino/a leaders and transforming public education. Her passion endures: to lead with integrity and uplift every student, every day.
