Multilingualism has shaped both my personal values and professional path. With a BA and Master’s in ESL from Universidad de Filología in Valencia, Spain, I began teaching Business ESL for adults before moving into K–12 bilingual education. Since arriving in the U.S. in 1998, I’ve served as an elementary teacher, Instructional Coach, Instructional Lead, Assistant Principal, and EL Coordinator, primarily in Lynwood and Alhambra. My mission has always been to empower students to become biliterate and thrive in diverse learning environments.
