As the Director of Human Resources at Colton-Redlands-Yucaipa Regional Occupational Program (CRY-ROP), Alma oversees recruitment, employee relations, compliance, benefits, credentials, risk management, safety programs, and unemployment administration. Known for her focus on efficiency, she has digitized personnel files and optimized HR operations to enhance organizational effectiveness while ensuring a safe and supportive workplace.
Alma holds a Master’s in Public Administration with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from California State University, San Bernardino. Her diverse background also includes roles in workforce development and data management, where she built strong community partnerships and supported both students and employees.
A graduate of the ACSA Personnel Administrators Academy and a Certified Workforce Development Professional, Alma serves on the boards of the California Purchasers Health Care Coalition (CPHCC), the Regional Employer/Employee Partnership (REEP), and Controlling Insurance Costs in California Schools (CICCS).
